Joseph (Joe) Fadell is a Regional Director for ICS Tax, LLC operating out of our Twin Cities headquarters office in Savage, Minnesota. He is a life-long resident of Minnesota who brings significant enthusiasm and client relations experience from his previous leadership roles in the automotive and property management industries.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota and his Master of Business Administration from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. He has previously served on the board of directors of the Minnesota Chapter of Community Associations Institute. He also is adept at speaking Spanish.

In his free time, Joe enjoys challenging himself with small DIY home and car projects, perusing eBay listings, reading articles on Wikipedia, and collecting pictures of city skylines.
