The Company ended 2015 with a total portfolio comprising nearly $300 million worth of development across 20+ projects, more than 1100 apartment units, and property management of our portfolio together with third-party management of 350 units and over 135,000 SF of commercial/industrial space. In 2016 alone Roers Investments is pursuing over 750 apartment units in 5 cities across 3 states.
