Jacob Hooper

Jacob is a green-building consultant, Certified HERS Rater, and ICC Plans Examiner with experience in ENERGY STAR single-family and multifamily construction, Indoor airPLUS, DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes, NGBS Green, and utility rebate programs.

As National Programs Director, he helps clients design repeatable certification paths across programs, trains field teams, and uses energy modeling and planning to reduce friction, cost, and rework. He studied history and communication at Washington State University.
