• 2020: Secured over $20 million in §45L energy-efficient home credits for a national homebuilder.
• 2021: Founded ICS Inspectors, LLC, a home energy rating company specializing in HERS and ENERGY STAR ratings.
• 2022: Expanded operations with offices in 10 states.
• 2023: Secured $4 million in §179D deductions from a public works project for a design-build company.
• 2024: Tiffany Grimmer was promoted to partner, overseeing firm finances and operations.
• 2024: Secured $2.1 million in §45X advanced manufacturing production credits and $1.9 million in research credits for an advanced energy storage manufacturer.
• 2025: Delivered over $10 million in §45X advanced manufacturing production credits for a battery storage manufacturer.
• 2026: Michelle Mackerdichian was named partner, overseeing sales strategy and revenue growth.
