ICS Tax recently completed a Cost Segregation study for Daifuku, a global leader in automated material handling and logistics systems. The study involved the expansion of a manufacturing plant located in a suburban area of northwestern Indiana. The project was completed in 2025, with the new expansion adding approximately 26,900 square feet of floor space, bringing the total facility size to approximately 59,200 square feet.
