ICS Tax, LLC, a consulting firm providing innovative tax planning strategies, announced the promotion of Michelle Mackerdichian to Partner. Mackerdichian is based in Columbus, Ohio, where she serves a strong local client base, in addition to a substantial client base in Los Angeles, California. As Partner, she will continue helping clients identify tax-saving opportunities while supporting the firm’s growth in key markets nationwide.

With more than 14 years of experience in specialty tax consulting, Michelle has established herself as an expert in identifying hundreds of millions of dollars in tax savings through strategies such as cost segregation, fixed asset reviews, the R&D tax credit, and energy-efficient incentives under Sections 179D and 45L.

Michelle earned her journalism degree from California State University, Northridge, where she served as executive producer of KCSN News and hosted red carpet events. She remains actively involved in the Armenian community and participates in several professional and community organizations, including the Armenian American Society of CPAs and Women in Analytics.

Michelle is married with two young daughters and volunteers at The Wellington School in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, writing, and skiing, and is a devoted Ohio State football fan.
