ICS Tax is pleased to welcome Diana Ontaneda as Cost Segregation Manager. Diana brings more than seven years of experience delivering engineering-based cost segregation and tax depreciation studies for commercial and residential properties.

She specializes in identifying accelerated depreciation opportunities while maintaining strict compliance with IRS regulations and industry standards. Prior to joining ICS Tax, Diana served as a Senior Engineer at CohnReznick Advisory and previously held project engineering roles at Engineered Tax Services and Segregation Holding.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science, from the Rutgers University School of Engineering. Her analytical rigor and commitment to audit-ready, defensible deliverables strengthen ICS Tax’s cost segregation practice.
