ICS Tax welcomes Ivan Tan as the Director of Technology and Marketing. His primary focus is business process improvement and market expansion. He is an expert in designing and implementing solutions to maximize resources and improve business results. Prior to ICS, he held multiple marketing and technology positions at a public tax consulting firm and in the banking industry.

Ivan has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of California in Irvine, Construction Management from the University of California in Riverside, and Marketing Management from CUNA.

He resides in Southern California with his wife and daughter. He enjoys an active lifestyle, cycling, paddling, diving, and many more open water ocean activities.
