Phil Buell

Phil Buell is a Senior Cost Segregation Engineer with decades of accounting and construction engineering experience. He is both a Professional Engineer and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Tennessee. Phil is also an associate member with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. He earned a BS in Civil Engineering and a BBA in Accounting from the Tennessee Technological University. He also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee.

Phil’s experience include cost estimating, cost accounting, and construction management. He previously taught accounting and construction management classes at Middle Tennessee State University in the School of Concrete and Construction Management. Married to Sharon and residing in Tennessee, Phil enjoys sports and cycling.
